Is Brixa safe?

Short answer: yes. Brixa connects to your bank with read-only access through a PSD2-regulated open-banking provider, so it can never move your money and never sees your bank login. Here is exactly how it works, and the questions people ask most.

Is Brixa safe to connect to my bank?

Yes. Brixa connects through Enable Banking, a licensed open-banking provider regulated under the EU PSD2 directive. The access is read-only, so Brixa can see your transactions and balances to organize them, but can never move money or make payments.

Can Brixa move or spend my money?

No. Brixa uses Account Information access only, which by regulation cannot initiate any payment or transfer. Moving money is technically impossible through the connection Brixa uses.

Does Brixa see my bank username and password?

No. You authorize the connection on your own bank’s login screen. Brixa never sees or stores your banking credentials. Access is granted by a token you can revoke at any time.

Does Brixa sell my data?

No. Brixa never sells, rents, or shares your financial data with advertisers. It is funded by a simple subscription, not by your data.

Where is my data stored?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on EU infrastructure, and handled in line with the GDPR.

Can I disconnect or delete my data?

Yes. You can disconnect a bank at any time, export your data, or delete your account and everything in it with one tap from Settings. Deleting revokes the bank connections and removes your data.

Who is behind Brixa?

Brixa is built by ZATECH, a registered company, with a published privacy policy, terms of service, and a real support email.
