30-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Brixa Pro on usebrixa.com and Brixa isn’t for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund that payment in full. You don’t need to give a reason.
How to ask
Email andrew@usebrixa.com from the address you use for Brixa, or tell us that address in your email.
What happens next
We refund the payment to the card or wallet you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it. Your subscription is cancelled with the refund, so nothing renews, and Pro ends then.
Free trials and later payments
If you cancel during a free trial, you are never charged. After 30 days, payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time in Settings on usebrixa.com or from the link in your receipt email, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Bought in the App Store?
Subscriptions bought in the App Store are billed by Apple, and Apple handles their refunds under its own policy. You can ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
